Rental Conditions

Prices include:

-300 free miles for one day rentals at regular rate
- Free mileage for multiple day rentals
- DOT approved motorcycle helmet(s) (choice is based on availability)
- 24/7 emergency assistance
- Complimentary maps

- Complimentary parking
- Complimentary luggage and bag storage
- Receiving and holding your gear shipped to our location prior to your arrival
- Technical and safety briefing
- Bike lock
- Free shuttle from Asheville Airport upon request with multiple day rentals

The prices do not include:

-Applicable taxes
- Liability insurance

-Optional rental accessories, like GPS, top case, tank bag, tail bag, etc.
- Damage and related costs
- Excess time
- Excess miles

Rental requirements:

- Minimum age is 25
- Valid motorcycle driver license
- Appropriate skills and knowledge to operate the selected motorcycle
- Visa, MasterCard or AMEX
- Purchase of motorcycle rental insurance: $15.00/day + one time $3.00 processing
Security deposit: $2,000
Rental motorcycles can be used in the following state: NC

Pick up and return hours:
Monday to Saturdays 10am to 6pm, Sundays by appointment.
Late fee: $25.-/hour; No refunds for early returns

One day rental mileage cap:
Above 300 miles a $0.30/mile surcharge is applicable.

Carolina Motorcycle Rental & Tours, LLC reserves the right to refuse rental to any individual at its sole discretion.
